I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Tisch Hospital and all the medical and nursing staff for the excellent care they provided me during the birth of my child. From the first moment I felt safe, supported and warm, invaluable elements in such an important moment of my life. A special thank you to my gynecologist, Dr Justin Brandt, for everything he has done for me, his dedication, patience and impeccable scientific training. His presence gave me strength and confidence at every step of this beautiful but demanding route. His patience, scientific excellence and human approach made the birth of my child a beautiful and safe experience. My heartfelt thanks to the whole team for their excellent care and support!” There really are no words to express how grateful and pleased I am. The paediatricians, the nursing staff, the excellent gynecologists and the entire maternity department are all unique. I thank God for sending me this amazing doctor Dr. Brandt!

On June 28, 2025, I visited the ER at NYU Tisch Hospital and was incredibly grateful for the staff's exceptional care. I felt at ease the entire hour, knowing everyone was taking excellent care of me. Thank you! Yen Wu Ariana Karimzada , you are truly amazing and have gone above and beyond what I could have expected from a medical records Coordinator. On 7/29/25 at 1:59 PM, I called to request my medical records. You told me I needed to sign a release and then sent it back. I explained that I am an elderly woman, computer illiterate, and English is my second language. You very kindly replied that you could help. You spent 17 minutes walking me through the form step by step. Thank you, NYU Tisch Hospital and the supervisor of Medical Records. Without your excellent management, I would not have received this service. Thanks Yen Wu

I was born here, kept coming back here whenever I got injured. Best hospital and staff in the world. Especially during Covid-19 they are very strict. Appointment needed for anything, very sanitized, you actually feel safe. God bless the staff and team.

I had a wonderful experience delivering my baby at NYU Langone as a first-time mom! The care I received both during and after delivery was exceptional. The nurses were incredibly supportive, positive, attentive, and accommodating to my preferences and needs. I am especially grateful to Nicole Laitner, RN, and Dr. Wade (Spring Ob/Gyn) for safely delivering my baby. Nicole’s upbeat attitude and encouragement gave me the strength and focus I needed during the pushing stage, and I’ll always be thankful for her support during such a crucial time. The facilities at NYU Langone were excellent, and my baby, husband, and I felt very well cared for throughout our stay. I highly recommend NYU Langone to any expecting parents looking for outstanding care and wish everyone a positive birthing experience.

Today was a pretty bad day for my health, but still there was no excuse for the way that I treated this nurse. Her name was Emma she was so kind to me and I lost it yelling and screaming and cursing at her and I made her cry. I am so sorry for my actions even with everything I put her through she still with tears in her eyes held her compulsion and the only thing she said was that was not nice what you said to me. Dear nurse Emma my please forgive me and thank you for all your kindness and being an amazing nurse. Also thank you to everyone down in the MRI room for helping me remain calm I would also like to thank nurse Orlando for his kindness and great service at NYU langone. Even though I suffer with mental problems the entire staff remained calm, loving, empathetic and caring. This is the number one Hospital in the world. So if you ever put on 17 West you don't have to worry about a thing you will be taken care of properly. I am feeling so much better they definitely have healing hands. I visited the L&D department recently for an overnight stay and while I haven’t given birth yet, the experience we had gave me so much confidence in choosing NYU as our delivery hospital. Everyone we met from nurses and doctors to Denise, one of the midwives, were incredibly kind and truly cared about making our overnight stay as comfortable as possible, despite feeling overwhelmed as first time, soon to be parents.

Best hospital in nyc I’ve had 4 of my children here labor and delivery and postpartum are amazing the whole entire hospital is amazing great staff and great people throughout. Me and my family’s care is through nyu facilities and we wouldn’t change it for the world best doctors and everything more!!! Thank you for all your care and support nyu!!!

3 years ago I had a mitral valve replacement done at this hospital. The care I received was beyond excellent. The nursing staff was kind and caring. The room I had was like in a 5 star hotel. My doctors were superb and my recovery and time there was a pleasant experience all around. The first time in my life I felt so comfortable in a hospital. I think that says it all and that was heart surgery done minimally invasive Robotic assisted. For that reason and not having to be cut wide open was why I chose NY Langone. The Tisch Hospital staff and I recommend it if you need a serious surgery for sure. Thank you all for such good care.
